 â€‹Cancellation and No-Show Policy

At Jenn Ash Aesthetics, we value your time and ours. To maintain a high standard of care at each scheduled patient appointment, we enforce a strict cancellation and no-show policy.

If you cancel or do not attend your scheduled appointment, your booking fee becomes non-refundable. A one-time courtesy rescheduling is allowed. After this, we will respectfully decline to take you on as a patient. 

Last-minute changes and cancellations limit our ability to serve new and established patients who are serious in their commitment to keeping each scheduled appointment. By booking and reserving your appointment by paying your booking fee, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Refund Policy

​

We do not offer refunds on any treatments or services rendered. Aesthetic results are quite variable from patient to patient and while we do our best to achieve the desired outcome, it cannot be guaranteed. Patients are responsible for maintenance, adhering to skincare regimens, and additional treatments needed to achieve optimal results.

Retail/skincare products: Defective products may be exchanged within 7 days for the same product only. Refunds for unused and unopened skincare products will be accepted within 7 days of purchase. 

​

No refunds on Gift certificate purchases.

Children Policy

​

Here at Jenn Ash Aesthetics, we love our babies and children, however, we ask that you please make childcare arrangements prior to your appointment. This ensures the safety of your children as well as a relaxing environment for all patients.

Pet Policy

​

Although we love animals, we ask that your please leave your pet at home during your visit to Jenn Ash Aesthetics. Should you arrive to an appointment with a pet that is not a service animal, you will be asked to remove the animal from our healthcare facility. To avoid any disruption or inconvenience, we as that your please leave your pet at home.
