SHIPPING POLICY

We currently only ship within the US. All orders take 2-3 business days with the exception of holidays and natural disasters. 

• All orders are shipped Monday through Friday. 

• All orders placed before 2 pm CT will be shipped the same day. 

• All orders placed after 2 pm CT will be shipped out the following business day. 

• Please note: we take as many precautionary steps and measures when packing your order to ensure no damage is done during delivery. However, by ordering products online, you are agreeing to not hold Jenn Ash Aesthetics solely responsible for damaged goods upon delivery. If you do receive damaged goods, please contact us immediately. 

• Due to COVID-19 we have been informed by all delivery services that they can not guarantee delivery times.
