Hyaluronic acid is naturally made substance our bodies produce to retain moisture and promote hydration. Injecting hyaluronic acid based fillers ultimately provides a more defined appearance to the chin and face. What Does Chin Filler Feel Like? Numbing cream is applied to your chin prior to injection to keep the treatment as comfortable as possible. The chin filler also contains lidocaine, a well known numbing medication which will also make the injections more comfortable. You may feel a little tenderness and/or see some redness at the injection sites, but this will resolve on its own. What To Expect At your appointment, your Jenn Ash Aesthetics provider will discuss your unique desires with you and create a custom treatment plan and suggested chin filler based on your facial support goals. Your chin is then cleaned, numbing cream is applied to the chin, chin filler is precisely injected by your Provider, and Post-Care treatment is reviewed, and follow up appointment is made. The average cost per treatment is $1600, depending on which chin filler and how many How Long Do Results Last? A more defined, contoured, and youthful appearance to the chin and face is immediately seen after treatment. Final results are seen 2 weeks after treatment when initial swelling has resolved. The final result will then last 12-18 months. Who is a Good Candidate? If you are 18 years or older and not happy with the shape or lack of facial support from your chin, you are likely a good candidate. You must have realistic expectations of treatment results.
