Feel free to bring a book, tablet, crossword puzzle, etc if desired for entertainment. Make sure to wear something that leaves the veins in your inner elbow exposed. We recommend layering for temperature control. After your treatment, you can resume most activities and daily responsibilities except heavy lifting.
